On Giving and Receiving

People think giving is more difficult than receiving or the other way around. What do you think?

Some people only want to give because their role as rescuer. Some people don’t want to receive because their role as victims. In fact they both the same. Receiving is sacred, too. When giving is balanced with receiving, you take pleasure in both. There is a time to give and there is a time to receive. God bless.

Jail Break

“During the night, however, an angel of the Lord opened the gates of the jail.” —Acts 5:19

What did the apostles do when they were miraculously set free from prison by the angel of the Lord? When set free, they did the work of the Lord, obeying Him by going out and taking their place to teach in the Temple, as God’s angel had commanded them (Acts 5:20-21).

Some of you who read this are in prison. You may be physically behind bars or imprisoned by debt, fear, compulsive behaviors, addiction, sexual sins, unforgiveness, bitterness, ill health, and other types of imprisonment. You have prayed and prayed to be released from these prisons. Jesus is ready to open the gates of your jail (Acts 5:19). When the Lord sets you free from your prison, what then will you do? Will you return to your prison? “God forbid!” (1 Cor 6:15)

“It was for liberty that Christ freed us. So stand firm, and do not take on yourselves the yoke of slavery” and sin “a second time!” (Gal 5:1)

In Jesus, you are now free. Will you seek the Lord as diligently in your freedom as you sought Him in captivity? What will you do with your freedom? May God be glorified through our freedom!

GGG (Greater Glory of God)

No reason to be sad.

No reason to be mad.

Because, thank God we don’t serve God with our feelings. Just be “the light”. Do we really see only Jesus in us? We serve God for the G.G.G (Greater Glory of God). May God bless your desire to love Him and to serve Him.

God’s Plan

The more I learn about Jesus, the more I realize that I know nothing about Him, about God’s plan in my life.
The less I learn about Jesus, the less I realize that I know nothing about Him, about God’s plan in my life.
That’s why He says your way is not My way, your thought is not My thought.
He is so great, so awesome, so wonderful.

God loves people who long for him. He wants to be pulled.
When Jacob whrestles, he said, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.”
Cry out to God, “I will not let you go unless you bless me, bless my life, bless my family, bless my future”.
“Keep me like the apple of your eyes, hide me in the shadow of your wings.”
That is our God. God who really loves you and me.
Give Him your heart, your love, your life, He will fight for you.

Follow God, you obey and after that you will understand. Follow the world, you understand, after that you obey ( Ikut Tuhan, nurut dulu baru ngerti. Ikut dunia, ngerti dulu baru nurut. Jadi yg penting kalo ikut Tuhan: “nurut”, bukan ngerti dulu).

Ikut dunia: sedap2 ngeri. Ikut Tuhan: ngeri2 sedap. Artinya, ikut dunia mulanya senang2, tp akhirnya susah. Ikut Tuhan, mulanya susah/ berat, tp akhirnya senang.
