THE SEED WOULD SPROUT

If you think The Lord is calling you in certain direction, go there —– even if you can’t see how it contributes to the final product.
If you’re trying your best and nothing’s working out, be patient. God is still at work, bringing his plan to completion.
Let go of any stress, anxiety, and fear you may feel, and allow yourself to smile.
For God, the Master Builder, is working everything together for your good!
“Lord Jesus, I’m going to let you be in charge. I trust that you are at work in me,building me and shaping me in ways I can’t even imagine!”
Lord, bless me so I can soar like an eagle.

SENT TO PROCLAIM THE NARROW WAY

The way of the just is straight.
Although narrow, it leads to life.
The way is narrow at the beginning but afterwards, one runs in the way of God’s commandments in the unutterable sweetness of love.

For those who are beginning, (the beginning) is indeed narrow, as it was for David when he said: Because of the words of Your mouth I have followed harsh ways.

THE APOSTLES’ WITNESS

These men knew Jesus.
They followed Jesus from Galilee to Jerusalem.
They lived with Him.
They saw His miracles and heard His teaching.
What’s more, these apostles gave up their lives for Jesus.
And what did they receive in return for their dedication?
Hardship and persecution.
Logically speaking, no one would willingly choose this kind of life unless they were convinced that Jesus really was who He claimed to be.
No one would heroically give everything for the sake of Jesus and His message unless something ——– or Someone ——– proved it to them.
Lord, You are the Lover of my soul.

Fasting

Fasting purifies the soul.
Fasting from food and drink.
Fasting from negative thinking.
Fasting from can’t do things.
Fasting from toxic thought.
Fasting from the desire of the flesh.
Fasting is a safeguard for chastity.
We read in the book of Daniel that it was after a fast of three weeks that he received the revelation from God (Dn 10:2-4)
Fasting is really important.
Start a new beginning in 2014: put “fasting” in your agenda.
When others say “who cares”, you say “I care”, because Jesus cares.
